1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TEMPO (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TEMPO ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Service — the TEMPO mobile application available through the Google Play Store and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Service, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your use of the Service is also subject to any additional terms, policies, or guidelines we publish, including our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals who meet the following requirements. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet them.

• You are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• If the minimum age for digital consent in your country is higher than 13 (for example, 16 in parts of the European Economic Area), that higher age applies to you.
• In-app purchases, including subscriptions, are subject to the age and parental-consent rules of the Google Play Store and must be authorised by the account holder.
• You are capable, under applicable law, of forming a legally binding contract; or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3. Nature of the Service

TEMPO is an evolving entertainment app in which you converse with AI-guided characters — a guide and a set of "Oracles" — that offer readings and reflections for personal amusement and self-reflection. Features and content may change, be added, or be removed as the Service is updated over time. Asking questions requires Gems (see Section 7).

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time and without prior notice, including its features, content, the Gem economy, and the availability or pricing of subscriptions. We are not liable for any such changes.

4. Entertainment Only — Important Disclaimer

TEMPO is an entertainment and self-reflection experience. All content delivered through the Service — including every reading, reply, or reflection from the guide or any Oracle, and any daily guidance — is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• TEMPO content does not predict the future, determine destiny, or reveal objective truth.
• TEMPO content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable, and may occasionally be inconsistent, imperfect, or nonsensical.
• TEMPO content is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Nothing in the Service is provided by a licensed professional, and no such relationship is formed by your use of the Service.
• You should not make important life decisions — about your health, finances, relationships, safety, legal affairs, or well-being — based on TEMPO content. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters.
• Any action or decision you take as a result of TEMPO content is your sole responsibility, and TEMPO is not liable for any outcomes arising from it.
• Oracle readings and similar practices are not exact sciences. Any meaning you draw from TEMPO content is symbolic and personal.

5. Your Account

When you first open TEMPO, a guest profile is created automatically and tied to your device — no registration is required. You may optionally sign in with a Google account to link your progress to that account, allowing it to be restored on other devices.

When using an account, whether guest or linked, you agree to:

1. keep the credentials of the Google account you sign in with secure and confidential;
2. accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
3. not sign in using a Google account that does not belong to you;
4. not sell, rent, license, transfer, or otherwise make your account available to any third party; and
5. not create or operate multiple accounts or devices for the purpose of circumventing limits, obtaining additional Gems or rewards, or otherwise manipulating the Service.

If you share your device or Google account with others — whether intentionally or not — you are responsible for any resulting activity, including unauthorised access or purchases. You agree to notify us promptly at tempo-support@zodiazz.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

6. Use of the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable (with or without cause), non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

1. use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
2. copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service or any of its content, except as expressly permitted;
3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to uncover the source code of any part of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
4. interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or any connected networks or systems;
5. use robots, bots, scrapers, or any other automated means to access the Service, extract content, or interact with questions, rewards, or Gems;
6. circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, content limits, advertising rewards, or security measures;
7. harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
8. upload, transmit, or redirect to any virus, worm, malware, or other malicious code through the Service;
9. collect or harvest any information about other users without their express consent;
10. resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our prior written permission;
11. misrepresent TEMPO content as being produced by you or by a licensed professional;
12. exploit, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the Gem system, rewarded ads, subscriptions, promotions, or any other feature of the Service;
13. submit sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, financial account details, health information, or similarly sensitive categories) through question features or other user inputs; or
14. authorise, encourage, or enable any person to do any of the foregoing.

If we reasonably believe you have engaged in any of the above, we may take action including removing content, suspending or terminating your account, freezing or reversing Gems, and pursuing any remedies available to us under applicable law.

7. Gems, Ads & Subscriptions

7.1 Gems

Gems are the in-app resource used to ask questions. Gems are not purchased directly: your wallet reloads over time (with signed-in and Premium accounts reloading faster and holding more), and you may earn additional Gems by choosing to watch rewarded advertisements where offered. Gem caps, reload rates, and reward amounts are displayed in the app and may change at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Nature of Gems

Gems are a limited licence to use a virtual feature of the Service. Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred outside the Service, or exchanged for any other form of value except as expressly permitted within the Service. You do not own Gems; you have a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within the Service. This licence terminates upon the termination of your account or the discontinuation of the Service.

7.3 Advertisements

The free tier of the Service is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded advertisements. Advertisements are provided by third-party advertising partners and their availability is not guaranteed. Watching a rewarded advertisement grants Gems only when the advertising partner confirms the view was completed.

7.4 TEMPO Premium Subscription

TEMPO Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Google Play Store. The current price and renewal period are displayed in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Google Play account, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Google Play Store, including its refund policies.

7.5 No Refunds

Except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of Google Play, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Unused subscription time and unused Gems will not be refunded upon account termination, regardless of the reason for termination.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its logic, text, graphics, audio, code, and branding, is owned by TEMPO or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you the limited licence described in Section 6.

You may share screenshots of your personal TEMPO content on social media for personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from TEMPO content without our prior written permission.

"TEMPO" and our logos are trademarks of TEMPO. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, TEMPO does not warrant or represent that:

1. the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
2. the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable;
3. any reading, reply, daily guidance, or other content is accurate, complete, or suited to your circumstances;
4. the AI-generated content described in Section 4 will be free from phrasing imperfections, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies; or
5. any defects in the Service will be corrected.

You understand that the Service is an entertainment and self-reflection tool (Section 4) and should not be relied upon for important life decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEMPO AND ITS TEAM, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF TEMPO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMPO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO TEMPO FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD 50.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law of your place of residence, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TEMPO and its team, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

1. your use of or access to the Service;
2. your breach of these Terms;
3. your submission of any content, question, or input to the Service;
4. your violation of any applicable law; or
5. your violation of the rights of any third party.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, follow the instructions on the Delete Account page.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, take any one or more of the following actions in response to a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, applicable laws, or our policies:

1. issue a warning to your account;
2. restrict or disable specific features of your account, including the ability to use Gems or access paid features;
3. temporarily suspend your account for a defined or indefinite period;
4. permanently terminate your account;
5. freeze any Gems in your account pending the outcome of an investigation; or
6. remove or disable any content associated with your account.

Where we have reason to believe that multiple accounts or devices are owned, operated, or controlled by the same individual or entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms, we reserve the right to take action against all such accounts, regardless of whether each account has individually breached these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused Gems will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a consumer and the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights continue to apply to you regardless of the foregoing, and nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict them.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, TEMPO may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TEMPO regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
